Many people have the need for after hours claims service. Most companies now have 24 hours toll free numbers for our customers to use. There are also separate phone numbers to contact for glass only claims. Some of the companies now request that our customer call directly to the company claims in order to speed up claim settlement. Please note, if you have had an accident, you need to file an auto accident report form with the State of Oregon DMV within 72 hours of the accident.
